We encourage you to park your car in the village and let us take you on a tour. The buses will depart from the Lanark Arena (Princess St. entrance) to the Purdon Conservation Area every 30 minutes starting at 9:30 a.m. Tickets are $3.00 for one ticket or 2/$5.00 and may be purchased in advance to secure a seat for a specific time. Round trip travel time is one hour.

Guides on the buses will provide a history of the area and point out sites of interest along the way.

Buses will return to Lanark via McDonald’s Corners stopping at the MERA Schoolhouse to see the 80 ft Nordic Mural. Visitors may wish to get off the bus at this point and walk the Living Willow Labyrinth or enjoy a salad plate and dessert before continuing on the next bus.
